Welcome to EZYRENT2U (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services, reserving vehicles, or acting as an independent fleet vendor. By accessing or browsing this Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the dynamic operational framework detailed below.

1. Customer Eligibility & Verification

To rent a vehicle through EZYRENT2U, customers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unexpired competent driving license. All users are strictly required to upload a clear digital copy of their driving license (PDF format, max 1MB) during account setups or booking configurations. The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny vehicle checkouts if verification documents are found mismatching or fraudulent.

2. Rental Duration, Rates, & Calculation Blocks

Rental timelines are computed securely in strict 24-hour daily block logic parameters based on selected pick-up and drop-off timestamp states. Minimum billable periods default to 1 hour, up to 24 hours matching the localized rate parameters specified by the vendor. Fractional hours extending into a subsequent block allocation window automatically increment the invoice billing structure to account for a full additional daily block rate charge.

3. Booking Extensions & Modifications

Active reservations may be extended directly from the customer control panel, contingent upon vehicle availability and ahead of forward order scheduling collision scans. Extensions falling inside the original pre-allocated daily threshold remain completely free of transactional gateway penalties. Paid modifications exceeding baseline allocations require instant out-of-pocket invoice settlement via our authorized payment engine gateway layers before time adjustments apply permanently to database logs.

4. Cancellation & Refund Infrastructure Boundaries

Customers may cancel a pending or confirmed booking without platform penalties up to exactly 10 hours before the designated pick-up timestamp. Cancellations initiated inside the 10-hour boundary threshold are entirely non-refundable, forfeiting the settled cash aggregate. Eligible cancellations process asynchronously; refunds are routed through platform administrators and distributed within several working business days minus native processing fees.

5. Vehicle Usage, Maintenance, & Damage Liabilities

Renters agree to operate all vehicles in a safe, lawful manner, adhering strictly to regional transportation regulations. Vehicles must be returned to the vendor in the same condition as received, including equivalent fuel levels. Any mechanical breakdowns, traffic citations, or toll infringements incurred during the active lifecycle allocation loop remain the sole legal and financial responsibility of the verified renter.

6. Vendor Marketplace Limitations of Liability

EZYRENT2U operates as a collaborative peer-to-peer peer marketplace engine mapping customer rental orders to third-party vendor listings. While we strictly verify vendor payout accounts and monitor review states, the Platform disclaims all direct liability for unforeseen structural defects, asset engine faults, or presentational listing variations presented by fleet owners.
